Targeting consumers, chefs, and trade, the food truck generates enthusiasm and promotes increased product usage.
Inspired by the street food trends emerging in Europe in 2015, the branded marketing vehicle has advertised Alaska Seafood at trade shows, food festivals, culinary celebrations, restaurant collaborations, and point-of-sale promotions across Europe. Staffed with educated chefs, the truck serves a range of Alaska Seafood specialties, showcasing the versatility of the wild seafood products. An absolute showstopper, the Alaska Seafood truck adds value to any Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) event and promotes the availability of Alaska Seafood in Europe.
Each year, the Alaska Seafood truck attends more than 40 events, including large European trade shows, industry gatherings, or consumer celebrations like Berlin Food Week. On average, the food truck has direct reach to 500,000 potential consumers each year, serving over 24,000 plates of delicious Alaska Seafood.
